L2.2 Coding, AI and Robotics
DF0093
In this course, learners will explore the fundamentals of robotics and coding by creating hands-on projects using Pictoblox and Quarky. They will begin by understanding basic programming concepts, such as coding with blocks and working with the Pictoblox interface. As they advance, learners will create robots with emotional displays, like a beating heart or name badge, using matrix displays and buttons. They will also learn to control robot movements using the keyboard or buttons and develop skills in sequencing and logical thinking. Through projects like programming traffic lights, gripper robots, and interactive Quarky movements, learners will enhance their problem-solving and computational thinking abilities. By the end of the course, they will have created functional robotic systems, developed their creativity, and collaborated with peers to solve challenges while gaining a solid understanding of robotics and coding concepts.
