L1.3 Coding, AI and Robotics

DF0091

Throughout this course, learners will explore the fundamentals of robotics and coding by creating interactive projects using Pictoblox and Quarky. They will start by understanding basic programming concepts and the Pictoblox interface, then progress to more complex tasks, such as creating emotional robots with matrix displays and controlling robotic movements. Learners will also engage in projects like creating a name badge on the matrix, programming traffic lights, and designing a gripper robot. They will gain hands-on experience in controlling robots using buttons, arrows, and the keyboard, and work on tasks like racing Quarky robots. By the end of the course, learners will have developed skills in logical thinking, sequencing, problem-solving, and computational thinking, while also applying creativity and collaboration to complete robotics challenges and experiments.
